Non-Discrimination Notice
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Professional Healthcare & Behavioral Services Inc serves every family on equal terms. We do not exclude anyone, deny anyone services, or treat anyone differently because of:
- Race, color, or national origin
- Ethnicity or ancestry
- Religion
- Sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity
- Age
- Disability, including a child's diagnosis
- Marital or family status
- Language spoken at home
- Source of payment, including Medicaid
- Military or veteran status
This applies to every part of what we do: who we accept, how we assess, the care we plan, how we schedule, and how we speak to you.
Help with language
We work directly in English and Spanish, so a Spanish speaking family can speak with us in Spanish, at no cost, without an interpreter in the middle.
If your family speaks another language, tell us and we will arrange free language assistance so you can take part in your child's care. You will never be asked to pay for it, and we will not ask a child to interpret for their own family.
Help with a disability
If you or your child needs a reasonable accommodation to work with us, ask. That includes written material in another format, a different way of communicating, or an adjustment to how or where a session runs. There is no cost to you, and you do not need to provide a reason or documentation to start the conversation.
How to ask for help, or raise a concern
Call (786) 432-7113, email [email protected], or write to Professional Healthcare & Behavioral Services Inc, 8333 NW 53rd Street, Suite 450, Doral, FL 33166. Office hours are Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.
If you believe we failed to provide help or discriminated against you, tell us. We will look into it and respond. We will not retaliate, and your child's care will not be affected.
Filing a civil rights complaint

You can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, 200 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, D.C. 20201, by calling 1-800-368-1019 (TDD 1-800-537-7697), or online at ocrportal.hhs.gov.
