These terms cover your use of professionalhbservices.com, the website of Professional Healthcare & Behavioral Services Inc. By using the site you accept them. They are short on purpose.

This website is information, not care

Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or medical advice for your child. Applied behavior analysis is planned by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst after an assessment of that specific child. General descriptions of our services tell you what we do. They cannot tell you what your child needs.

Reading this site does not make you our client, and it does not create a clinician and client relationship. That starts with an assessment and a signed agreement, not a page visit.

Emergencies

This website, the request form, and our inboxes are not monitored for emergencies. If a child is in danger or needs urgent help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Do not wait for a reply from us.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break a law or to harm someone.
• Try to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
• Submit someone else's personal information without the right to do so.
• Copy our text, photographs, or design for your own commercial use without written permission.

What you send us

If you send us information through the form or by email, you confirm it is accurate as far as you know, and that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized representative of any child you tell us about. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send medical records, test results, or diagnoses through the website. We do not need them to talk with you, and a web form is not the right place for them.

The text, layout, logo, and images on this site belong to Professional Healthcare & Behavioral Services Inc or are used with permission. Insurer logos belong to those insurers and appear only to show which plans we accept. Showing a logo does not mean that insurer endorses us.

Where we link out, for example to an insurer or a public health resource, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says or does. Read its own terms and privacy policy.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, and we will correct mistakes when we find them. Insurance participation, hours, and service areas can change, so call us to confirm anything you are relying on. We also cannot promise the site is always available, because hosting and networks fail sometimes.
